Feng Mao Lamb Kebab - Olympic: Authentic Chinese Skewers & BBQ in Koreatown, LA

The lamb skewer is so good. I usually dislike lamb meat because of the smell but the lamb meats particular smell was nonexistent in the skewers. I actually preferred it over the beef skewers - which is also very savory and tasteful. I would also recommend ordering some bowl of rice to balance out the strong taste of the skewers and to also get that extra carb. Definitely would come back with my friends and coworkers to grab drinks and skewers!

All the good here is terrific. The meats are super tender and well seasoned. All the a La carte dishes are amazing too. Get the green bean dish and the eggplants. Great place to have a big party with their outdoor setup, not sure if they still have it going. Lots of parking on street or the bank across.

Nestled away in Koreatown is a hidden gem of a skewer restaurant, specializing in Northern-style BBQ skewers. They also offer a fantastic selection of cold side dishes and refreshing cold noodles. The flavors are amazing, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended for all skewer lovers! ⭐

Fantastic Korean Chinese cusine. Table is served banchan. The Mala Lamb skewers over the grill at your table. The wok dishes were excellent as well. It's a hidden gem in Koreatown on Western Ave. A must try !

So delicious and I loved the self rotating grill! We arrived a bit after 5 pm on a Sunday and snagged one of the last available tables. We ordered a variety of skewers and some fried intestines. All delicious and would love to try more items next time!

Very authentic bbq place. The BBQ here is absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly and the staff were very friendly and attentive. My child loved the food as well, which made the experience even better for our family. We had a great time and will definitely come back again when we have the chance.

It was my first time at this place, on a friend’s recommendation. The cumin spiced meat was so great! Usually not a fan of lamb, but the lamb skewers from this place was pretty good, and it also didn’t stink too badly. The beef kebab was amazing too, the beef was tender and well marinated! The chicken kebab felt a bit dry and not as flavourful compared to the other so I would not recommend. It’s a good place to socialize as you needed to wait for the skewers to be grilled. Went on a Saturday, around 730pm, and waited around 30-45 mins for the table to be ready, but this was WELL worth the wait!
